The Buyer hereby releases Superior Cycles Ltd, and any person trading on behalf of Superior Cycles Ltd, from any and all liabilities, whether known or unknown, express or implied, arising by law or otherwise, that may occur from the use of products sold by Superior Cycles Ltd and purchased by the Buyer.

All products sold by Superior Cycles Ltd are sold strictly for Off-Road / Competition Use Only. Such products may only be used on two-wheel vehicles (including bicycles, electric bicycles, and two-wheel electric-powered vehicles) operated solely in off-road or competition environments.

For the purposes of this disclaimer, off-road is defined as private land with the express permission of the landowner, and does not include public roads, highways, or byways.

The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that lithium batteries are classified as hazardous goods and must not be stored, used, or charged in any location that is not fire-safe. Lithium batteries should not be taken into or used within family homes, offices, workplaces, or schools.

No other applications or uses are intended or implied.

The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Superior Cycles Ltd disclaims any and all warranties and expressly disclaims any liability for:

• personal injury or death
• damage to vehicles
• loss or damage to personal property
• damage or injury to third parties
• any expenses or losses incurred

except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Warranty

Superior Cycles Ltd will honour the manufacturer’s warranty on products sold for a minimum period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, covering manufacturer defects only.

Where a manufacturer’s warranty applies, it is expressly agreed that under no circumstances shall the seller or manufacturer be liable for:

• labour costs
• travel time
• diagnostic charges
• removal or reinstallation costs
• any incidental or consequential expenses
