If your bike is not roadworthy as a result of the accident, we will typically arrange for a hire bike to be delivered to you.

You can use this bike until your old bike is repaired, or if your old bike is written-off, until you receive a cheque for its value.

If you have sustained any loss from the accident, we can put you in touch with specialist solicitors to progress your claim.

We will settle your claim

As your claim is concluded, you’ll get your bike back, good as new. Or, in the event that the bike was written-off, you’ll get a cheque for its full value.

We’ll collect the hire bike back.

Our solicitors will claim back all of your losses from the other party’s insurance company.
